Anthony Arzola is a Funeral Director and the Director of Operations for CFS. Anthony started with Compassion in May of 2022. He is responsible for all licensed staff and dispatchers. In addition he monitors vehicle maintenance and ensures all company procedures are followed.

Anthony received his associates in Mortuary Science from Malcolm X College in 2011. He received his bachelors in Business Administration from Roosevelt University in 2013. Anthony has worked in a variety of environments within the funeral service industry including Twin Pines Crematory, Moss Family Funeral Homes, and Friedrich/Overman Jones Funeral Homes. He also was the primary director for Fox River Cremation Society during his tenure at Moss.

Anthony’s decision to work as a Funeral Director came from personal loss of a close family member. Their funeral inspired Anthony to pursue this career. He enjoys working at CFS due to the company culture and more freedom from the office setting.

Anthony was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. He has lived in various locations in the city and suburbs, currently residing in the western suburbs. Outside of work, you can usually find Anthony at a concert or music festival. His enjoyment of live music also had him working music venues such as The Chicago Theatre and The Salt Shed, even through his funeral directing career.
